The Flagship Niagara League is a 501 (C) 3, non-profit educational organization chartered to facilitate citizen participation and preserve the art of traditional seamanship. FNL seeks to provide educational, training, and historical activities related to the Erie, Pennsylvania’s maritime history and tradition and the continued development of the same.
